สำหรับใครที่กำลังใช้ Office 365 และมีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการเปิด Application WORD , EXCEL , OUTLOOK หรือ PowerPoint แล้วมีปัญหา
the application was unable to start correctly 0xc00142 เปิด Microsoft Office ไม่ขึ้น
1.ไปที่ Control Panel > Uninstall Program
2.เลือก Microsoft 365 App > เลือก Change
3.เลือก Online Repair > คลิก Repair
4.เรียบร้อย จากนั้นเพื่อนๆทำการรอการซ่อมแซม จากนั้นเมื่อเสร็จแล้วจะขึ้น DONE และเพื่อนๆก็ทำการ Restart Computer 1 ครั้งและก็พร้อมใช้งาน
